We are taking all the necessary steps as mandated by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of Karnataka.
This includes:
- Staff temperature is monitored and logged at regular intervals.
- All areas disinfected with appropriate sanitization kits.
- Staff practices wearing of masks & gloves.
- Social distancing maintained at all times.
In-house Covid rules:
- Any guest with cold , cough or feaver won't be allowed to check-into the property and there won't be any refund also for the same.
- Rooms will be cleaned and sanitised only before check-in and aftercheck-out not during your stay.
- Changing of laundry items won't be done during the stay.
- Guest should wear there masks as far as possible when out sidethere rooms.
- Host interaction with the guest will be only during check-in and check out and only if required.

Guests are requested to adhere to the following protocols as mandated by the Govt.
- Check -In Protocols to be followed : temperature check of all guests, use ofsanitizer, self Declaration form (will be provided) to be signed and 1 pieceof Govt. Issued ID to be mandatorily furnished
- Use of Arogya Sethu app mandated
- Zero-contact policy to be followed with all staff as mandated by the Govt.
- Handling cash should be avoided as much as possible. We have madedigital payments available, please use this facility.
- While travelling around and visiting tourist spots, guests are advised tohave the Apthamitra app installed on the phone and contact appropriateauthorities via the app if necessary.
